4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Delays caused by customs, weather, carriers, or other factors beyond our control are not our responsibility.

5. Loss or Damage

• Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

• Liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the maximum amount permitted by law unless additional insurance is purchased.

6. Inspection Rights

Packages not collected within 14 days of notification may incur storage charges.
